Description
Nice freshness. The wine is fat and has a nice balance. Finally, this blend reveals a firework of fruity and exotic aromas. The different grape varieties are grown separately to keep their uniqueness. They are then assembled to find the perfect aromatic balance.
Grapes – Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer
Winemaking process – Grapes are grown separatly then assembled in tank to mature.
Température de service – 10 à 12° C.
Goes well with – Fish in sauce, scallops, shellfish, mushroom fricassees, cheeses
