This blend of Pinots Gris, Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon offers a complex bouquet; lemony with a honey sugar side. On the palate it is fat and rich thanks to its acidity and has no final bitterness.

Winemaking process – Harvest & sorting by hand, drying in wooden boxes and pressed in the old fashioned way.
