Description
Yields are limited and the harvest is delayed to the maximum to allow to obtain an optimal maturity. We find a fine delicacy of aromas, which combines tannins and structure in attack. The wine presents an elegant and racy structure. After aeration, the 2nd bouquet distils fine vanilla and dark chocolate scents. The attack is round with complex aromas of black (blackcurrant, cherry) and red fruits (raspberry) accompanied by pepper notes. Persistent finish based on an elegant tannic mass.
